After an accident — the order to act in
Paperwork before the car is moved. Otherwise the insurer may refuse.
Symptoms
- Fluids leaking under the car
- Bent wheels or suspension
- Lights not working
- The car does not steer normally
1. People before cars. Check for injuries, switch on hazard lights, place the triangle. If anyone is hurt — call 112.
2. Document everything before moving anything. Photos from several distances, the position of the cars, number plates, braking marks. These photos decide the dispute with the insurer.
3. Joint report or police. A joint report only if nobody is injured, there is no dispute and everyone has valid documents. If in doubt — call the police.
4. Only then move the car.
When you need a tow: leaking fluids, bent suspension, lights not working, or the car does not steer. Such a car is not roadworthy even if it starts. We arrive with a flatbed and take it to a garage or to your home.
